Cryptic Studios’ Systems Designer Jared “NoWorries” Sears has provided a dev blog on the upcoming Loadouts feature, coming with the next game expansion to Neverwinter, Shroud of Souls.

Loadouts can be changed anytime a player is at a campfire (portable altars do not count), or in any safe zone (read: major city). Upon reaching level 30, every character will receive an extra loadout, giving them 2 in total and additional Loadouts can be purchased in the Zen Market (up to 8). The video briefly highlights the aspects of the feature and then shows the UI involved in making the swap between a PvE and a PvP build – each build defining a set of Equipment/Artifact Slots, Powers, Feats, Boons, Ability Scores, Power Tray and Potion Slots.
