Today, Lord of the Rings Online‘s Executive Producer Athena ‘Vyvyanne’ Peters announced their plans to complete the long-awaited datacenter move for all LotRO servers, where the North American servers switch over to the New Jersey datacenter while the European servers switch over to a datacenter in Amsterdam, thus eliminating the overseas latency for European players. The cutover is due on Monday 1/11, and the expected downtime is from 5am until 3pm Eastern.
